Galleria

Formerly known as Leitchcroft Farms, this large site at Highway 7 and Leslie Street in Thornhill, has been an ongoing project for twenty-years. Schollen & Company Inc. have been involved in the master planning, landscape planning, urban design and landscape architecture for the vast majority of projects within the community.

One of the qualities that makes the Galleria project unique is the interplay between medium and high-density housing forms. The project also benefits from a linked open space network and a series of small open spaces and parks that animate the centre of each neighbourhood. The scale of the parks is intentionally planned to reinforce the urbanity of the precinct.
