Quad Lofts

This multi-phase residential condominium project in downtown Toronto presented an opportunity to create a highly urban, central courtyard space. A black granite reflecting pool occupies the centre of the space which is enclosed by LED lit, sandblasted glass and steel panels at the four corners. As noted by Christopher Hume of the Toronto Star, the resulting outdoor room “wisely takes its cues from the architecture that frames it”.
