Rose Garden City

Schollen & Company Inc. was retained by Liberty Developments Inc. to assist in the preparation of an urban intensification plan and strategy for this large, former flower greenhouse property in the City of Vaughan. Working with Kirkor Architects, our office collaborated in resolving the street and open space network within the community as well as preparing comprehensive landscape and streetscape guidelines designed to guide the cohesive development of the project over the long-term.
